Refund Policy

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and our exceptional service. If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it for a refund, credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item. Before returning the item, please email vertigoshoes@live.com.au ​with a return request. We will happily exchange, refund or credit you for the item at your request as long as the item is returned in exactly the same condition as it was received.  Customer to pay cost of return postage to Vertigo Shoes.

Credit notes are valid for 6 months from date of issue. When you return goods to us please use an Australia Post Satchel or Registered Post as we are not responsible for any items you return that go missing or become damaged in transit.
